What is a Doula? Birth Doulas serve as an advocate for birth. She provide's support for a laboring woman and her partner physically, emotionally, and mentally. We serve as a bridge between a mother and her medical staff while supporting her decisions. Doulas are a source of non-judgemental information, and births with a Doula present statistically have a better outcome for mom and baby.

Who I Am
Hello, my name is Bonnie and as a professional Doula in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I offer personalized prenatal, birthing, and postnatal care. Right now I am working on my DONA certification, and am interested in learning more about Natural Family Planning. My goal is to give you and your family the support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. My husband & I live in Arlington with our toddler and German Shepherd.
